How to Book:- If you are already registered with The 115 Club, you may secure your place by any one of the following methods

• 1) In person via your Club using a booking slip.
• 2) Contacting the Club Office by e-mail admin115club@gmail.com or phone 01202 301756.
• 3) Via the Internet www.the115club.co.uk.

Please note that your booking is not secure until you receive acknowledgement from us in the form of a reply e-mail or an invoice. You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit immediately and the remaining balance by the date that appears at the foot of your invoice. Please also check that your invoice reflects your requirements with regard to dates, Club Location and total cost.

If you are not registered with 115 Club, you will first need to complete a Registration Form with all details requested, this form can be obtained from one of our After School Clubs, the internet www.the115club.co.uk or by contacting the Club Office on 01202 301756. You may make your booking at the same time.

The Club times & costs are:-
Breakfast Club, 8am - 8.45am at a cost of £2.00.
Holiday Club, 8.45am – 5.45pm.
Non-trip day sessions are £17.00 & trip days sessions are £19.00.
Admission Charges on trip days will be extra if applicable. (Children can arrive & depart at any time during the day except on trip days when we ask that they arrive no later than 9.00am & are collected after 4.45pm.)

On many trips we are booked in at a particular time that we have to strictly adhere to. Arriving late can mean that we miss our booking altogether. We cannot give refunds for late arrival.

Programme:- Our policy is to continually improve and expand the service we provide to you and your children, especially over the holiday periods. Entry fees for outside trips, if applicable, will attract an additional cost. The programme for each holiday is carefully planned to ensure that there is a choice of interesting activities to suit all children. We appreciate that your child is an individual and make every effort to ensure that there is something for everyone. More details on the programme for each holiday will be available prior to the start of each Holiday and are also posted on our web site. We provide am and pm snacks consisting of fruit and fruit juice. BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH BOX.
