Holiday Clubs
This section of the website is all about our Holiday Clubs, we operate four Clubs in Bournemouth, located at the St Clements, Moordown and Queens Park School sites. The 11+ Club runs from the Moordown site.

Holiday Club runs from 8.45am to 5.45pm
For those needing an early start we run a Breakfast session from 8.00am to 8.45am (cost £2.00)
On site days cost: £19.00
Trip days cost: £21.00 plus any trip admission charge. These can seen by using Holiday Club Programme link to the left of the screen. Normally minibus trip days are as follows: Mondays: 11+; Tuesdays: Moordown; Wednesdays: St Clement's; Thursdays: Queen's Park. (Please note: October Holiday Club: Queen's Park will be going on trip on the Wednesday with St Clements)

CHANGES TO HOLIDAY CLUB FEES.
The 115 Club has now been running for 12 years and our main intention has always been to ensure that we run a sustainable and accessible service for local families. In order to ensure that we can continue to do so we have had to look carefully at our costings. As you may be aware, we run a small group of clubs and it is only the strength of the Group as a whole that allows individual clubs remain a viable proposition. Holiday Club, especially trip days have been subsidised by the Group for some years now. Unfortunately with rising costs over these last few years, this is a situation we can no longer maintain. This problem has been exasperated by a spate of late bookings and booking cancellations which further impact on the costs and planning time we incur to provide the service. To ensure that the Holiday Club remains viable and that we can continue to provide the service required by families who use us we intend to take the following measures:
From June 1st 2011, Holiday Club fees will increase to: £19.00 for onsite days; £21.00 for trip days. Breakfast Club at Holiday Club will remain the same at £2.00.
- We will now have to adhere to our requirement that all bookings need to have the non refundable 50% deposit paid within 4 days of booking being made before the invoice is sent out. (If you are making a booking months in advance, you will be given the date by which we will expect your payment to be made.) Once the deposit is paid the place will be booked and honoured until the final payment is required. (As stated on the invoice.)
- Trip days will be reduced to one minibus trip per site every week. In the Summer Holiday we will also do a trip using public transport or walking trip to the beach on one or more of the four weeks that we operate.
- Bookings made before June 1st 2011 will be taken on the existing rate of £17.00 on site and £19.00 for trip days.
Whilst cost increases are never welcome news we hope that this can be balanced off against the long-term benefit of maintaining our Holiday Club for the longer term at a time when Holiday Childcare Provision nationally is falling. This increase puts our daily fee from below National average to average. We remain as a “not for profit” organisation who have always tried to keep our fees at an affordable level for parents/carers. We do not receive Government grants or support from other organisations; our only income is that which comes from fees paid by families using our service. This income is used completely to pay for the running of the Club.
